The Hyperflex waterproofing system consists of a polyester membrane embedded in Hyperflex liquid waterproofing finished with a solar reflective coating to preserve the roof from U/V degradation. 

All whole roofs which are treated by this system are guaranteed by us for 10 years. An insurance backed guarantee can be purchased by the customer if desired. 

Roofs treated with this system have lasted well past the ten year date and can be re-treated when they start to fail.
